From Virtual Tours to
Full-Service Media
We launched in 2021 as Expozure 360 Virtual Tours with a simple mission: help organizations across New England capture, document, and present their spaces. Starting with Matterport 3D virtual tours out of Nashua, NH, we learned the technology inside and out — not from a textbook, but from hundreds of real shoots across residential, commercial, and vacation properties.
As our clients' needs grew, so did we. Requests for professional photos, aerial drone footage, and listing videos pushed us to expand our capabilities — and we invested in the equipment, training, and certifications to do it right. We earned our FAA Part 107 drone certification, became a Matterport Certified Service Partner, and built out CAD/Revit as-built capabilities for commercial and architectural clients.
In 2025, we rebranded to Expozure 360 Media — a name that reflects what we'd actually become: a full-service real estate media company, not just a virtual tour provider. We added Gaussian Splats to our catalog — an emerging 3D capture technology that produces photorealistic immersive scenes — positioning us at the cutting edge of property visualization.
Today our team of 3–5 specialists covers New Hampshire, Connecticut, Greater Boston, Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard, and Nantucket — with Vermont and Maine available by request. Every shoot is handled with the same care and attention to detail we brought to our very first job.
